The first meeting after the summer break will be a presentation by Caroline and Tom Bridge, who won the BBC programme Race Across the World last year. An evening of film, questions, insight and an opportunity to look behind the scenes with the couple who were the winners.
Annual subs are due of £10. And of course there is a £1.00 charge for each meeting for members. Visitors £3.00.
Tea and coffee and biscuit included. The event is on Tuesday 8th September at 7.45 pm in the village hall.
The programme for the year ahead will be available and the competition will be an acrostic poem on the subject of a place which is special to you. There will also be a travel themed raffle.
