Our meeting with Lesley Raven in February was a great success. She is a well-established podiatrist, working in Stowmarket, who shared lots of knowledge and advice and showed us some great exercises. Who knew we had all those bits under the skin on our feet!?

Our AGM will be up next in April. On the 14th at 7.45 in the village Hall.

Please bring finger food to share; the meeting will be brief, and, at this moment of writing, we are still waiting for someone from The Suffolk Horse Trust to agree to speak to us...we have, after all, been collecting for them during the year!

Ideas for the next six months will be shared, wine will be available, and we will have a good social gathering.
