Village Lunch

We are really looking forward to being able to use the new kitchen in the village hall at our next lunch. Due to work which was going on at the hall, sadly, we had to cancel our lunch in July.

As most people book the following month’s lunch as they leave the hall, this is now a bit of a problem as we don’t have any record of those who intend to come in August. So PLEASE can I ask that you get in touch to book your place for our next lunch - this helps us know how many we are cooking for.

Next month we meet on Wednesday, 12th August at the usual time of 12.00 and plan to dine at 12.30.    We welcome residents of Wickham Skeith who are 55 years old or over or those who attend one of the clubs or groups in Wickham Skeith regularly, but who don’t live in our village. Partners of eligible members are also welcome as are friends or relatives staying with a member.

The cost is £5 for a 2-course meal with coffee or tea.  We will be holding our usual raffle so if you are able, please bring along an item for our raffle table.
